The Neighborhood Council, Inc. Grant in memory of George and Marian Waples to support one of Montclair 's oldest models of philanthropy in the historically black Ward Four Community. Founded in 1926 by The Montclair Junior League, the Council has provided a home for over 19 community organizations, a credit union and many other community activities, $2,500.
